When a new purchase source is adopted—particularly within our extensive network of qualified suppliers across Asia—Elec Port implements a strict approval and rejection process. This process ensures compliance with our core standards, including Supplier reputation, rigorous Quality control (consistent with our commitment to high-quality electronic components), and the payment terms and conditions specified in our Purchase Order. Elec Port requires both new and existing Suppliers to accept and confirm their understanding of key requirements upon accepting a purchase order: including electronic component specification requirements, customer flow-down requirements, customs compliance requirements, as well as the delivery time and terms outlined in the purchase order.
